Summary:An apparatus for eliminating the impact noise of steel pipes on skid bench is composed of sequentially arranged multiple noise reducing units consisting of permanent magnet, two L-shaped yokes and distance regulator. Said two L-shaped yokes and a permanent magnet constitute a concave pit close to said skid bench and a steel pipe is above said concave pit to form a magnetic loop. Said distance regulator passes through said yoke to fix it under said skid bench. Its method is also disclosed.
