When the first weight percentage (weight%) of a first organic binder component to a first inorganic pigment powder in a green sheet slurry for forming a green sheet (10a) is (A) and the second weight percentage (weight%) of a second organic binder component toa second inorganic pigment powder in an electrode step-covering print paste for forming a margin pattern layer (24) is (B), the second weight percentage (B) is larger than the first weight percentage(A).
