Summary:The present invention relates to one kind of rotating wing helicopter. The rotating wing helicopter has at least one connecting piece hinged between the outer end of the rotating wing and the lower part of the oar hub for the rotating wing and the oar hub to rotate simultaneously; one control ring set below the oar hub; and one subsidiary connecting piece connected between the outer end of the rotating wing and the control ring. During flying, the rotating wings form one umbrella shaped rotating locus to converge the airflow pressing to below the rotating wings, raise the lift force of the rotating wings and increase effective load. The load force moment is resolved homogeneously into tensions without concentrated stress, resulting in light structure. The subsidiary connecting piece is used in regulating the lift angle of the rotating wing to control the flying direction, and its tension acts directly onto the outer end of the rotating wings to avoid torsional vibration and reaction lagging.
