Summary:The invention discloses a water processing flow tank and rolling scraper improvement method, which is characterized by the following: the flow tank section is round externally tangent square with the length of edge equaling to diameter, wherein the flow tank section installs rolling scraper; at least one end of turning scraping arm is linked to parallelogram device paralleling to tank plane; the opponent bar of parallelogram scraping arm installs scraping mud device; the parallelogram bar keeps deforming to external diameter with the action of present apparent force which can make the outer opponent bar of parallelogram scraping arm abutting to square tank wall and proceeding radial oscillating traverse motion. The invention has the advantages of round flow tank and rectangle flow tank, which overcomes the shortage of two.
