Summary: | This invention relate to a fertilizer release controller and its production method. As to the problems of complicated technique, high cost or unsatisfactory release effect existing in the release retarding and release controlling fertilizers developed by domestic corporations, the fertilizer release controller this invention comprises 2~3wt% soluble chitosan, 6~9wt% polypeptide precursor powders, 45~55wt% fulvic acid, 10wt% microelements, 10wt% antimicrobial, 3~5wt% chelating reagent and 8~24wt% carriers. The production method is that: a) soluble chitosan is prepared; b) polypeptide precursor powders are prepared; c) raw materials above mentioned are thoroughly mixed in a reactor and temperature-holding vapor is introduced inside; fertilizer release controller can be obtained after chelation and drying. By employing fertilizer release controller in this invention, nitrogen utility in fertilizers can be raised by 30~50%, and crop yield can be raised by 5~8% compared to those without release controller. |
