The automatic emptying and cleaning mechanism for sampling bottle of water quality sampling device includes mainly sampling bottle, automatic emptying and cleaning mechanism, controller and locating mechanism. The sampling bottle possesses a liquid exhaust mouth with spring valve. The automatic emptying and cleaning mechanism includes rack, lead screw on the rack, and upper and lower block on the lead screw and connected via transmission gear mechanism to driving motor; the upper block has nozzle in the lower end and solenoid valve in the upper end and connected to the water inlet pipe and the nozzle via a connecting pipe; and the lower block has liquid exhaust port. The locating mechanism locates the nozzle, the sampling bottle mouth and the liquid exhaust port in the same vertical line.
