Summary:The present invention relates to control method of door switch in drum washing machine, which has a door switch capable of setting the door in either locking or unlocking state, a door switch controller, and a water level sensor. The control method includes a driving stage to set the door switch in locking state while the machine is in driving state; a drive judging stage to judge whether the driven machine is stopped; a water level detecting stage to detect water level inside the water tub after the machine is detected to be stopped; and a door opening stage to release the door switch to make the door in open state after the inside water level is detected to be below some height. The present invention sets the state of the door based on the water level inside a stopped washing machine and can avoid water overflow caused by maloperation.
