Summary:The present invention uses two or more than two high-current load switches, and utilizes an insulating material layer and a certain number of supporting legs whose length can be regulated to make the switches be mounted and fixed on the frame body and frame base seat, between the rotating shafts of two adjacent load switches they are connected with driving mechanism by means of two ends of synchronization shaft so as to implement simultaneous synchronous rotation of rotating shafts of all the load switches. Besides, said invention also provides the working principle of the invented device and concrete steps of the invented method for implementing electrolytic bath inaction under the condition of uninterruptive power supply.
