Said special devices can comprise actuators or pistons (15, 16) fixed either to the fixed structure (17)orto the mobile elements (13, 14), such as to occasion a reciprocal movement thereof. The slides (20, 21, 22, 23) are arranged parallel to the direction of action of the pistons (15, 16).
