Summary: | The invention can improve the plate detectable rate of the chemoautotrophy Thiobacillus. The low layer is 2% agar plate which is covered by the Rhodotorula sp.R30, then to decant the Thiobacillus medium as the top layer and culture in the 30 Deg C.. So the detectable rate of the Thiobacillus thiooxidans can improve by 3-4 times which is 9d earlier than the monolayer plate and the thiobacillus ferrooxidans can improve by 2 times which is 5-7d earlier than that. So the double layer plate can improve the efficient greatly. |
