Summary:Insulating layer is prepared through procedures: proportioning, loading, fusing, homogenizing and extrusion molding. If portion by weight of base material is 100, then proportioning of color parent material is as following: light blue is prepared from base material 100 portion, white parent material 0.6-1.5 portion, and blue parent material 0.2-0.5 portion; similarly, light orange, light green and light brown can be prepared. Adjusting proportioning of color parent material makes colors of twisted wires become as blue, light blue, orange, light orange, green, light green, brown and light brown so as to reach purpose of identifying wires easily. Features are: reduced production steps, raised production efficiency, and improved properties of products etc.
