Summary: | The preparation process of N-phosphonomehyl iminodiaceticv acid (NPMIDA) adopts coarse imido diacetate, which is produced during producing imido diacetic acid in natural gas process and connects several kinds of impurity, as material. Under the action of catalyst, the material is addition condensed with phosphorus trichloride and polyformaldehyde to obtain the suspension of coarse NPMIDA product; and the suspension is further treated through conventional crystallization, separation, washing and drying to obtain NPMIDA product with purity higher 98 %. The preparation process of the present invention features adoption of coarse imido diacetate, and thus has short technological path, low power consumption and low production cost. |
