Summary:The present invention relates to the production process of p-xylene, and aims at lowering the yield of benzene as side product and raising the content of C10 and C10+ arene content in material during p-xylene production. The technological scheme of the present invention is production process including the transalkylation of benzene, toluene, C9 and C9+ arene to produce C8 material; subsequent separation of p-xylene and circulating unreacted benzene, toluene, C9 and C9+ arene to the reactant material feeding side. The present invention may be used in industrial production.
