Summary:PURPOSE: A method for electrolytically protecting metal structure is provided which can be applied even to the metal structure of hot and humid gas system exposed to corrosive fluids. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of preparing an anode assembly(20) comprising an anode member(22) electrically connected to DC power supply unit; a step of installing an insulation filtering member on the exposed surface of the protection object in such a way that the anode member is arranged with being spaced apart from the exposed surface of a protection object exposed to corrosive fluids and electrically connecting the cathode of the DC power supply unit to the protection object; a step of forming a resin coating film by coating a resin coating material having acid resistance and heat resistance on the exposed surface of the protection object; and a step of flowing current between the anode member and the cathode, wherein a coating film is additionally formed between the exposed surface of the protection object and the resin coating film, wherein the anode assembly further comprises an insulation filtering member(21) through which the corrosive fluids are able to pass, and in which a receiving space is formed so that the anode member is received in the receiving space; an electrode lead wire(23) for electrically connecting the DC power supply unit and the anode member; and an absorption conducting member(24) which is received in the insulation filtering member in such a manner that the absorption conducting member surrounds the circumference of the anode member and is capable of absorbing the corrosive fluids flowing the circumference of the surface of the protection object, wherein the anode assembly further comprises insulating foil(25), support(26) and insulation connecting member(27), and wherein the protection object is duct for desulfurization facility, and the corrosive fluids are sulfuric acid solution.
