Summary: | A technology for preparing the self-lubricating antiwear slide bearing from teflon includes such steps as using RE to modify the surfaces of carbon fibres, sintering a layer of bronze powder as intermediate layer on the surface of a steel plate, rolling to attach a layer of polymer containing said modified carbon fibres, sintering under protection of N2, mechanical trimming, coiling and welding. Said RE modifier contains RE compound, alcohol, complexon, ammonium chloride, nitric acid and urea. Said polymer contains teflon, said modified carbon fibres and lead powder. |
