Summary: | This invention relates to a low working voltage Hall IC and its voltage regulator. Said Hall IC includes a Hall sensor, an amplifying circuit, a pre-drive circuit and a voltage regulator, among which, the amplifying circuit receives an output signal of the Hall sensor to generate an amplified output signal, the pre-drive circuit receives the amplified output signal, which output end is connected with a drive circuit for providing drive signals to the drive circuit, the voltage regulator is coupled to the Hall sensor, the amplifying circuit and the pre-drive circuit. The voltage regulator provides a first supply voltage to the pre-drive circuit and a second supply voltage to the Hall sensor and the amplifying circuit. The lowest supply voltage of the regulator is about 2.1V. |
