Summary:The anchorage cable monitor device consists of distributive optical fiber sensing system in anchorage cable to be monitored, transmission fiber, optical switch, and optical time domain reflecting instrument. The distributive optical fiber sensing system, the transmission fiber, the optical switch and the optical time domain reflecting instrument are connected successively. The distributive optical fiber sensing system may be inner embedded or outer set optical fiber sensing system. The monitoring method includes setting the optical fiber sensing system, connecting the monitoring device, transmitting modulated narrow pulse light wave, collecting the feedback information from the sensing system, analysis and processing and other steps. The present invention can realize the long term stable tracking and detection of anchorage cable.
