Summary: | The present invention provides the preparation process of composite nanometer ethylene-propylene rubber/montmorillonite material. The composite nanometer ethylene-propylene rubber/montmorillonite material consists of ethylene-propylene rubber, montmorillonite, interclation agent, sulfurizing active agent, promoter and sulfurizing agent. The preparation process includes mixing ethylene-propylene rubber, montmorillonite and interclation agent in banburying machine at 30-120 deg.c; shearing and mixing with sulfurizing active agent, promoter and sulfurizing agent in banburying machine at 30-100 deg.c; and finally sulfuring the mixture at 140-200 deg.c to obtain the interclated composite nanometer ethylene-propylene rubber/montmorillonite material. The present invention has simple processing, no need of organically modifying montmorillonite before mixture and greatly raised mechanical performance and heat stability. |
