The present invention relates to thermal pipe heat insulating and energy saving technology. The present invention features that the conveying pipe is coated with heat resisting and insulating layer, reflecting layer, heat maintaining layer and waterproof protecting layer successively. The heat resisting and insulating layer is made of asbestos, the reflecting layer of aluminum foil, the heat maintaining layer of composite silicate tiles, and the waterproof protecting layer of zinc plated iron sheet or asphalt glass fabric. Compared with available technology, the present invention has the advantages of less heat loss of pipe, raised conveying capacity of pipe and lowered oil production cost.
