Summary: | This invention discloses processing method of drilling fluid in salt prunella mine horizontal well process, it belongs to drilling fluid technology field. The procedures are that (1) NaCl is added to increase Cl- content and drilling fluid density in drilling fluid virgin pulp before drilling tool entering salt prunella ore layer or glauberite layer until drilling fluid turn into saturated brine. (2) CMS, CMC or saltproof dehydration agent is added into drilling fluid to reduce drilling fluid water loss. (3) NaHm, collapse proof or salt proof and high temperature proof collapse proof is added to improve mud cake quality and maintain well bore stable. (4) XPJ is added for defoaming. (5) oleiferous lubricant and water base lubricate is added to increase drilling fluid lubricating ability and reduce drilling tool friction, and ensure drilling compress and pulling propitiousness. (6) Certain quantity salt proof crystal agent to prevent salt from crystallizing when temperature is down. The well safety is high, pollution is little, and cost is low. |
