Summary: | This invention discloses a refrigerator door and its process method, wherein the door comprises door outer shell, supportive bolts, insulation layer, and door inner shell. The outer shell is made of ABS and PE compound plastic boards through vacuum blowing plastics and shaping and cutting by cutter. The inner shell is made of vacuum molded ABS or HIPS plastic board. The method comprises the following steps: fixing and matching the outer shell and supportive bots by hand; then adopting ultrasonic welding technique to weld the outer shell and the supportive bots into one part; forming a close up box structure by the structure of outer shell and supportive bolts; then forming the door by foam forming the whole box structure and the vacuum shaped door inner part. |
