Summary: | The present invention discloses a Ba2Ti9O20 base ceramic medium material and multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) made thereform. The ceramic medium material is a lead-free environment protective material, comprises major component of Ba2Ti9O20 and secondary component of CaTi1-XSiO5-2X, wherein the value of X is between 0 and 0.2, ZnO, B2O3 and SiO2, furthermore, it can also comprises Nb2O5, WO3, MnO2 and one or more compounds selected from CaO, ZrO2, Li2O and Al2O3. The dielectric constant of the ceramic capacitor is between 30 and 40, the dielectric property complies with EIA standard and meets COG characteristics. |
