Summary: | The invention provides a domestication method for lotus root group cultivating de-poisoning breeding which comprises, using tips of lotus rhizome stem as explant to inoculate and culture non-bacterial vaccine, switching to culture medium for relay generation propagation, transfereing the culture sprouts into 1-3 times of MS or B-5 minimum medium, charging into culture medium of 4-15% of cane sugar and 0-1000 mg/L of penicillin, disposing 7-15 days, steeping and flushing the lotus rhizome cuture sprouts with tap water, processing 2-48 hours with 50-5000mg/L of choline chloride, dipping 50-1000 mg/lNAA and transplanting into shallow water field directly. The invention can realize a survival rate of over 90%. |
