The FM data broadcast system includes two parts of FM datan information issuing platform and FM data receiving module in navigation computer. The FM datan information issuing platform includes data collecting device connected to traffic information issuing center or other information source, information processing device, communication station data receiving device, and subsidiary carrier modulating and duplexing device, and is connected to FM emitting station, public mobile communication network and Internet. The present invention makes full use of the frequency resource of available FM broadcasting network and the service function of public communication network, can save great amount of investment and overcome the demerit of limited coverage range of available technology.
