Summary:The invention relates to a gas operated and hand operated highly corrosion resistant two way sealed butterfly valve, which is featured by reasonable structure, reliability, compact installation between the axis and the valve plate, reliable opening and closing, two way sealing, is not affected by the direction of flowing medium or location and can be installed at any place of the pipe. The valve shaft adopts the half axis structure and the valve plate adopts the girder construction. The butterfly valve adopts double eccentric sealed construction and when being closed, the seal ring of the valve plate moves to the seal valve seat of flange valve body, extrudes the sealing surface. The seal ring is pressed uniformly and has the function of two way sealing. The seal valve seat of flange valve body is made by means of welding the 1Cr18Ni8Ti stainless acid resisting steel and the seal interface of the valve is featured by the corrosion resistance, no fouling and abrasion resistance. The rubber seal ring is fixed on the valve plate through mechanical means, is firm and convenient for field adjustment or replacing the seal ring. The gas operated actuating device connects with the interface transferring the stator signals to the central control room and the interface receiving the remote control signal to realize the remote control and adjustment.
