The invention relates to a loosable animal tissue filling device, in particular to a loosable and removable flexible animal tissue filling device for curable pulpiness medical material filling. It comprises a filling up piece comprising a hold part encircled by a flexible wall and an inject nozzle, a gap set on the hold part, one or a plurality of wires for bunching or sewing the gap circumference, a curable pulpiness medical material for filling into the hold part through the inject nozzle. It is characterized in that the wire bunches or sews the gap circumference in a loosable way. Thus when the wire is drawn from the other end, the losable bunching or sewing become loose, and the circumference wall of the gap extends, in further the filling member is drawn, and can be detached from the curable pulpiness medical material. The pulpiness medical material substantially pushes and expands the flexible circumference wall then become cured, and the flexible circumference wall is of air tightness in nature.
