Summary:A process for preparing the bacteria mineralized gothite nanoparticles used for treating the heavy metal sewage includes such steps as proportionally mixing distilled water with the substance mineralized by symbiotic two Fe bacteria to obtain aqueous solution, stirring, depositing, separating, washing 4-6 times, baking the deposit, sieving, suspending in deionized water, oscillating for 24-48 hr, filtering and low-temp drying. 本发明涉及一种细菌矿化纳米针铁矿的制备及其应用。细菌矿化纳米针铁矿的制备,其特征是由如下步骤实现:将两种密切共生的天然铁细菌嘉利翁氏菌和天然铁细菌纤发菌矿化而成的生物矿化物与蒸馏水配成1∶6的水溶液,通过搅拌、沉降、分离,反复洗涤4-6次除去悬浮物和有机杂质,将沉淀分离物在30℃-80℃下烘干,烘干样过160目筛后,取其细粒部分,然后用去离子水按固液比1∶10制成悬浮液,震荡平衡24-48小时后,再经过滤和30℃-80℃低温干燥制成细菌矿化纳米针铁矿。所述的细菌矿化纳米针铁矿应用于重金属污水处理。本发明具有吸附能力强、吸附容量大的特点。
