The present invention relates to one kind of sewage treating and re-using method. Specially, inspection well is used in oxygenating sewage and stem sewage pipe is provided with stuffing carrier or sludge reflux apparatus and other apparatus so as to reinforce the biological treating function of stem sewage pipe. The present invention makes full use of sewage pipe for sewage treatment, and can save greatly the space for constructing sewage treating apparatus, alter sewage treating concept and realize the on-line treatment of city sewage. 强化城市污水管道净化功能的分散式污水处理与回用方法，它涉及一种对城市污水进行处理与回用的方法。城市污水输水干管在污水的收集与输送方面发挥了重要作用，但其在污水处理方面所具有的作用一直被人们所忽视。本发明直接以城市污水干管做为生物反应器进行生物反应，其具体方法为利用检查井向污水中充氧或向污水干管中曝气充氧、在污水干管中安装填料载体或设计污泥回流设施等手段，来人工强化污水干管的生物处理功能。本发明充分利用了传统意义上起到污水转输功能的污水管道，将其作为污水处理的一部分，大大节省了污水处理构筑物的空间，改变了传统意义上污水处理的概念，实现了城市污水的就近回用。
