Summary: | The nano phase microcrystalline glass substrate material for magnetic recording memory medium of the present invention consists of base body and surface coating, and features the microcrystalline glass base body and glass glaze coating of 60-100 micron. The nano phase microcrystalline glass substrate material is prepared through three steps including the preparation of glass glaze, the preparation of microcrystalline glass base body, and coating the glass glaze onto the base body to form double-layer structure microcrystalline glass substrate material. The present invention has no reticulate pattern processing film forming step, raised mechanical strength, raised anti-fouling capacity, easy grinding and high surface smoothness after polishing.
本发明涉及一种磁记录存储器介质用的玻璃基片材料及其制造方法,特别是一种双层结构的磁记录存储器介质用纳米相微晶玻璃基片材料及制备方法。本发明的一种磁记录存储器介质用纳米相微晶玻璃基片材料,由基体及其表面涂层构成,其特征在于基体为微晶玻璃;涂层为玻璃釉料,其厚度为60μm-100μm。本发明的微晶玻璃基片材料的制备方法包括三个步骤:玻璃釉料的制备、微晶玻璃基体材料的制备,将玻璃釉料涂覆于基体上形成双层结构的微晶玻璃基片材料。玻璃釉料的涂覆于微晶玻璃表面,舍去了网纹加工成膜工艺,有利于网纹加工;又因压应力提高了整体基板的机械强度;因表面的涂层少含或基本不含若干轻元素,大大提高防污染记忆膜的能力;由于涂层硬度较低,故易研磨。在进行表面处理抛光后,其表面粗糙度一般可达3�左右。 |
