Summary:The practical mountain ginseng treating process includes the steps of selecting fresh mountain ginseng, clearing, drying in the air, classifying and making finished product; and also includes biologically growth promotion step and freeze drying and remoistening step. During biologically growth promotion step, mountain ginseng is coated with lichen cultured in dead wood and of 58-62% water content and stored in warehouse at -2 deg.c to +1 deg.c for 1-1.2 months. The freeze drying and remoistening step includes fast freezing the mountain ginseng after drying in the air and being packed in box to -22 deg.c to -20 deg.c, vacuum pumping, raising the temperature at speed of 2 deg.c/hr to 50-52 deg.c, opening drying machine to exchange air for 2 hr, lowering temperature to 0 deg.c in 2-2.5 hr, maintaining at 0 deg.c for 2.5-3 hr to remoisten at low temperature; raising the temperature at speed of 3 deg.c/hr to 50 deg.c, maintaining for 1.5-2 hr and naturally remoistening to restore elasticity outside the box. 本发明涉及医药技术领域,特别是一种山参的加工方法。该方法包括:精选鲜山参、清洗、晾晒、分类、制成品步骤,还包括生物助长、冻干回潮步骤;精选的鲜山参要进行生物助长,其助长方法是采用枯木生长出来的青苔包裹山参,青苔含水量在58~62%,存放在+1℃至-2℃恒温库中,存储1~1.2个月;冻干回潮是山参通过晾晒后装箱速冻,在2.5~3小时内降温至-20~-22℃,开启真空泵,以每小时升温2℃,升温到50~52℃停机,打开干燥机换气2小时,再用2~2.5小时降温至0℃,保持恒温2.5~3小时、为低温回潮;然后升温,每小时升温3℃,升温至50℃,恒温1.5~2小时,为干品,出箱后再自然回潮至有弹性。
