SOLUTION: The strap 3 is prevented from making contact with an upper end part 14a of a pillar trim 14 at the time when the airbag 1 is deployed and the strap 3 is pulled out by fixing a clip 17 so that an upper stage folding-back part 171 at a holding part 17b of the clip straddles over a boundary part of the pillar trim 4 and a head lining 21 by holding the strap 3 by the clip 17 inside a pillar.
