Summary: | The present invention is one kind of double-screw refrigerating compressor capable of adapting outer work condition and load change to regulate inner compression ratio. One row of automatically balancing exhaust pistons are installed at the exhaust port of the back compressor body, between closed compression space on one side and the outer space on the other side and in the order of exhaust pressure magnitude. The piston ring is pushed by reset spring to cover opening in the exhaust port for sealing the compression space. When the condensation temperature of the refrigerating system decreases and the exhaust pressure of the compressor lowers, the piston with relatively low exhaust pressure will be pushed to open for exhaust. When the condensation temperature raises the exhaust pressure raises, the piston with higher will be pushed to open for exhaust.
本发明涉及一种能够适应外界工况载荷变化,自动调节内压缩比的双螺杆制冷压缩机。它是在压缩机后体排气孔口处安装有一组排气自动平衡活塞,这组活塞按照排气压从小到大的区域位置排列,活塞一侧为封闭压缩空间,一侧为对外排气空间。活塞环被复位弹簧顶压在排气孔口的盖板开孔上,作为封闭压缩空间与对外排气空间的密封隔离面。当制冷系统冷凝温度下降,压缩机排气压随之下降时,压缩机将提前顶开排气压较小区域的活塞开始排气;当制冷系统冷凝温度上升,压缩机排气压随之上升时,压缩机将顶开排气压较大区域的活塞开始排气或仅从主排气口排气,从而使压缩机自动调节内压缩比以适应制冷工况及工作载荷变化。 |
