Summary:The present invention belongs to the field of catalyst preparing technology, and is especially one kind of catalyst with nano level active component and assistant dispersed inside the catalyst carrier. The catalyst contains carrier in 60-99 wt% and active component and assistant in 1-40 wt%, with the weight ratio between the active component and the assistant being 0.05-20. The preparation process of dispersing the active component and the assistant in carrier is completed via high temperature hydrogen process. The catalyst of the present invention is used in hydrorefining of diesel oil or gasoline and has excellent performance. 本发明属于制备催化剂领域,特别涉及一种活性组分和助剂纳米级分散的催化剂及其一步制备法。所述的催化剂是一种活性组分和助剂纳米级分散在催化剂载体内部的催化剂,其中催化剂中含有60~99重量%的载体和1~40重量%的活性组分和助剂,其中活性组分与助剂的重量比为1∶20至20∶1。该催化剂制备过程中活性组分和助剂在载体中纳米级分散是通过氢气高温过程完成的。本发明所制备的催化剂是一种催化性能优异的柴油或汽油加氢精制催化剂。
