Summary:The invention relates to a wire leading process for glass coated filament and its wire drawing apparatus, wherein a wire leading needle attracted by a magnetic member is utilized to contact the glass melting liquid beads coated by metal, then an accelerated movement is carried out to the wire leading needle at a speed around the rotating linear speed of the wire reeling disc till the wire reeling disc, the magnetic body arranged on the wire reeling member is utilized to lead the wire leading needle onto the wire reeling disc. 本发明涉及一种玻璃包裹金属细丝的引丝方法及其拉丝装置。该方法是利用能被磁体吸引的引丝细针去接触包有金属的玻璃熔融液珠,然后使引丝细针作加速运动直至接近绕丝盘旋转的线速度运行至绕丝盘附近,再利用绕丝构件上设有的磁体将引丝细针吸到绕丝盘上。装置的要点是:包括能被磁体吸引的引丝细针,引丝细针活配地插装在作加速运动的滑块上,并在绕丝构件上设装有磁体。所以,能非常方便地依据各种包有金属的玻璃熔融液珠的特性设定和调控引丝细针的运行速度,不易将玻璃包裹的金属细丝拉断,具有省时省事、工效高、劳动强度小、操作安全、使用范围广,能自动地将玻璃包裹的金属细丝牵引到拉丝转盘上,便于产业化生产和广泛地推广使用等优点。
