Summary:The invention relates to the use of compound Danshen Tablet in preparing medicament for prevention and treatment of senile dementia, wherein a Morris water labyrinth experiment is utilized for observation of the improvement action of the compound Danshen Tablet for AD model space cognition obstacle, and a rat booth escaping experiment is utilized for observation of the improvement action of the compound Danshen Tablet for AD and VD rat memory disturbance of function obstacle, and the mechanism for the action is disclosed. 复方丹参片在制备防治老年痴呆症药物中的应用，涉及医药领域。本发明用Morris水迷宫实验观察复方丹参片对AD模型空间认知障碍的改善作用，用大鼠避暗箱实验观察复方丹参片对AD和VD模型大鼠记忆功能障碍的改善作用，并探讨了其作用的机理，另用NaNO#-[2]所致小鼠记忆障碍模型进一步验证。结果证实复方丹参片对老年性痴呆症和脑缺血引起的学习记忆下降有明显的改善效果，对NaNO#-[2]所致小鼠记忆障碍也有明显的改善作用。
