Summary: | A process for preparing guluronic acid oligosacchride through Fenton's reagent comprises preparing wt. percentage concentration of 0.1-5% guluronic polyuronic acid aqueous solution, characterized in that charging oxidizing agent into the aqueous solution till the concentration is between 0.05-0.5%, charging metallic ions to concentration of 0.05-0.5%, reacting at the temperature of 20-40 deg. C, after the reaction ends, condensing the reaction liquid, carrying out separation and purification through Bio-gel P10, Q-Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography columns. The process for preparing guluronic acid oligosacchride according to the invention features fast reaction rate and high product purity.
一种利用芬顿反应制备古罗糖醛酸寡糖的方法,包括将聚古罗糖醛酸配成重量百分浓度为0.1~5%的水溶液,其特征是向该水溶液加入氧化剂至浓度为0.05-0.5%,加入金属离子至浓度0.05-0.5%,在20~40℃下反应,反应中止后,将反应液浓缩,然后用Bio-gelP10,Q-Sepharose Fast Flow层析柱分离纯化。本发明的制备古罗糖醛酸寡糖的方法,反应速度快,产物纯度高,易于分离纯化,能大量生产古罗糖醛酸寡糖,使其得到充分利用,其功能和活性也能得到广泛的开发。 |
