Summary:The invention discloses an ammonia synthesizing system including at least two converters characterized in that, H2 and N2 circulation gas is pressurized, separated and degreased, and part of the gas is directed into the jacket of the converter for heat transfer, and another part of the circulation gas is mixed with a part of the temperature lifting gas from the external heat exchanger, the mixture temperature is regulated to 30-50 deg. C, then the gas is directed into the jacket of the second and sequent converters for heat transfer, the gas after heat transfer is then mixed with the gas flowing from the first converter jacket and enters the external heat exchanger, its temperature is elevated along with the converter flowing out reaction gas of the exhaust heat boiler for reaction with the converter, the reacting gas flows out of the converter system and goes the procedures of cooling down by exhaust heat boiler and external heat exchanger. íí 本发明公开了一种至少含有二个合成塔的氨合成系统中,第一合成塔装铁系氨合成催化剂,第二合成塔及后续各塔装钌基氨合成催化剂,或第一与第二合成塔均装铁系催化剂,第三及后续各塔装钌系催化剂,各塔以串联方式连接,实施氨合成铁催化剂串钌催化剂工艺,其特征是:H#-[2]、N#-[2]循环气经加压并分离除油后,部分进入第一个合成塔的夹套内进行换热,另有部分循环气与从塔外热交换器出来的提温气体的一部分混合,调节混合气的温度为30~50℃后,再引入第二及之后各塔的夹套内进行换热,换热后的气体与第一塔夹套流出的气体合并后进入塔外换热器,与废热锅炉的出塔反应气换热升温后入合成塔反应,反应气体出合成塔系统后,依次经废热锅炉、塔外换热器冷却后去水冷工序。
