Summary: | The microwave system is composed of microwave source, isolator, attenuator, crystal detector, and surface antenna etc. Data acquisition and processing system consists of data acquisition unit and computer. Quadruple rectangle microstrip surface antenna sends microwave signal to sample to be tested and receives microwave transmitted. Dedicated signal conditioning and magnifying circuit carries out process of separating DC component, differencing, magnifying, and filtering etc. operations for output signal from crystal detector. Then the processed signal enters to data acquisition unit so as to obtain digital quantity of photoconductivity decay curve. Photoconduction signal is coupled through microwave reflection method. Based on change of microwave reflective power, the change of photoconductivity is measured. Minority carrier lifetime of solar battery is calculated from photoconductivity decay curve.
一种太阳电池少数载流子寿命分析仪,微波系统由微波源、隔离器、衰减器、魔T、短路活塞、微波晶体检波器、变容二级管、面天线组成,数据采集及处理系统由数据采集器、计算机组成,采用四矩形微带面天线实现微波信号向被测样品的输出和对发射微波的接收,专用的信号调理与放大电路对微波晶体检波器输出的信号进行隔直、差分、放大、屏蔽、滤波,再进入数据采集器,获得光电导衰退曲线的数字量。本发明采用微波反射法耦合光电导信号,通过测量微波反射功率的变化来测量光电导的变化,从光电导衰退曲线计算被测硅片和太阳电池的少子寿命,实现了对太阳电池器件和材料进行在线微波反射无损非接触测量。 |
