本发明公开的甲基庚烯酮合成工艺,是在酸性催化剂存在下,以甲基丁烯醇和甲氧基丙烯为原料,于塔式反应器中进行反应,其中,甲氧基丙烯与甲基丁烯醇的摩尔比为1.0~1.2,催化剂用量为甲基丁烯醇重量的0.1%~2.0%,反应在常压或在1.5~3.0大气压下进行,反应时间为1~8小时。在塔顶得到甲醇,塔釜得到甲基庚烯酮。本发明采用反应精馏技术来合成甲基庚烯酮,收率和含量高,生产成本低,为一种绿色的合成工艺。 |
