Summary:The integrated equipment several sealed evaporating tanks in stepped arrangement, upper vapor pipe and water pipe to connect the evaporating tanks from top to bottom. Sea water is poured into the top evaporating tank for evaporation, evaporated vapor is led out via the vapor pipe, and the vapor pipe is made to pass through the sea ice condensating area to condensate into condensated water while the sea ice in the condensating area melts to form water. Sea water after partially evaporating in the upper evaporating tank is led into lower evaporating tanks for further evaporation. The concentrations of sea water in the evaporating tanks of different steps are controlled, and the concentrated sea water in the lowest evaporating tank is used to extract salt. The method and equipment are simple, practical, low in power consumption, low in production cost and suitable for comprehensive utilization. 一种自然冷冻、自然蒸发淡化海水、生产食盐的方法及其一体化装置,采用排列成阶梯式的多个密封蒸发槽,蒸发槽的上方有蒸气管,下方有带截门的导水管,导水管将蒸发槽从上到下依次连接;从最上方的蒸发槽内注入海水,蒸发槽内的海水蒸发的水蒸汽由蒸气管导出,水蒸汽的蒸气管穿过储存海冰的窖冰冷凝区,一方面水蒸汽在蒸气管内冷凝成冷凝水,另一方面窖冰冷凝区的海冰受蒸气管的热融化出融冰水,上方的蒸发槽内注入海水蒸发到一定程度,导入下方的蒸发槽继续蒸发;控制每下一阶蒸发槽内的海水盐的浓度,从最下方的蒸发槽内的浓盐海水中提取食盐。该方法和设备装置简单,容易实现,耗能低,生产成本低,并可综合利用。
