Summary: | The production process of edible allium powder includes the following steps: a. using a certain quantity of fresh allium, peel, cleaning and dividing it into three portions of allium leaf, allium stem and allium root; b. cutting the allium leaf, allium stem and allium root respectively and drying them at 50 deg.C-70 deg.C; C respectively pulverizing them to obtain their powdered materials with 30-300 meshes; and d. using one of them or any two kinds of them or all three kinds of them, mixing them according to a certain proportion, drying so as to obtain the invented allium powder.
本发明涉及调味品的生产工艺,尤其是一种可食用葱粉的生产工艺,包括下列步骤:a.取一定量新鲜原葱,去皮、洗净后分为葱叶、葱茎、葱根三部分,b.将葱叶、葱茎、葱根切碎后分别在50℃至70℃温度下蒸发烘干,c.将烘干后的葱叶、葱茎、葱根分别粉碎成细度为30至300目的粉状物,d.取粉状的葱叶、葱茎、葱根中任意一种或任意两种或全部三种按一定比例混合干燥即为葱粉,本发明以新鲜原葱为原料生产葱粉,葱粉从纯天然的绿色食品中提取,保留了葱的大部分营养成分和独特风味,而且储存、使用都很方便,尤其适合作为调味品。 |
