The present invention can eliminate six-valent chromium from chromium plating waste water fast, and has simple technological process, convenient operation, low cost and high effect. 本发明公开了一种镀铬废水的处理方法，其特征是将去除杂质、干燥、粉碎后钡渣加入到镀铬废水中与其中的六价铬完全反应生成铬酸钡沉淀，进行固液分离，回收铬酸钡，废钡残渣可直接复用或排放。本发明能迅速有效地去除镀铬废水中的六价铬，且工艺简单、操作方便、成本低，效果好。
