Summary:The composite material wire has Pd or Pd alloy with RE element as the coating material and Fe-Cr-Al alloy as core material, and the coating material accounts for 60-75 wt%. Its preparation process includes following steps: smelting the coating material in protective atmosphere, casing into pipe blank, introducing Fe-Cr-Al alloy core rod into the pipe blank, cold forging, cold rolling, cold drawing to required diameter and heat treatment to eliminate machining produced stress set between two forgoing steps. The composite material wire has excellent high temperature strength, good antioxidant property and strong alloying capacity with Pd, and may be used in recovering Pd catalyst in ammonia oxidizing process of preparing nitric acid. 本发明涉及一种含钯金属复合材料丝及其制备工艺和用途。该复合材料丝以Pd或含稀土元素RE的Pd合金为复层材料,Fe-Cr-Al合金为芯层材料,丝材横截面上复层材料质量分数为60~75%。其制备技术包括以下步骤:保护性气氛中熔炼复层材料,随后铸锭制成管坯,Fe-Cr-Al芯棒导入该管坯中,随后冷锻、冷轧、拉拔成预定直径丝材,其间进行热处理退火以消除加工应力。该含钯金属复合材料丝具有优异的高温强度和良好的抗氧化特性,与金属铂之间具有很强的合金化能力,用于回收氨氧化制硝酸中损失的铂催化剂效益显著。
