Summary: | The invention is a kind of insulating pulp for producing insulating layer of vacuum fluorescence monitor and the manufacturing method. It includes insulating glass powder, organic carrier and high temperature inorganic black dyes; the insulating glass powder is dispersed into the organic carrier evenly, the organic carrier is liquor by dissolving the resin into the organic solvent, and adds in the high temperature inorganic black dyes, forms the plaster compound. The method is: mixing the glass powder and black dyes evenly according to the type of black dyes and the weight percentage; grinds them compound until the average particle size is less than 5 um, the maxim particle size is not more than 10 um; mixing the compound of the glass powder and black dyes and the organic carrier evenly; finally, then grinds them in the three-roll grinder until its fineness is less than 15 um. The insulating layer image resolution is good; it has no holes and micro-crack, the insulating electricity density is high.
