Its exchanging sleeve is also disclosed. 本发明是家用保健助便灌肠和肛门清洗装置及更换套，用于日常生活。随着现代生活的紧张，按时大便的习惯常得不到保证。直肠受迫，易得痔疮。解大便过于用力，对高血压病、冠心病患者十分危险。严重时可以引起中风或粹死。肠内毒素，会引起多种疾病，直至肠癌。本发明由连接头、软管、弯管组件三大部分组成。在解大便时，将弯管紧压在肛门口，注入适量的自来水。有便意后即行排出。将被动的排便过程变为主动清洗，定时排除有毒物质。有益于健康。
