Summary: | An improved two-stage biochemical process for treating sewage includes such steps as anaerobic treating, treating by aerobic fluidized bed with biodegradating and biodenitrifying functions, biodegradating in aerobic sequential batch-type reaction region, depositing separating to discharge the treated water, returning part of sludge back to an aerobic region for releasing phosphorus, and discharging the rest of sludge. Its reactor is composed of anaerobic region, aerobic fluidized reaction region and two sequential batch-type reaction regions. Its advantages are high speed, less possessed ground and low cost.
本发明是关于对污水二级生化处理MSBR工艺及反应器的改进。其特点是污水先进行厌氧处理后,再经具有生物降解和生物脱氮功能的好氧流化床处理,然后再进入好氧序批式反应区继续生物降解和沉淀分离,处理水由好氧序批式反应区排出,部分污泥回入厌氧区进行磷释放,剩余污泥由序批式反应区排出。以此工艺设计的一种反应器为,在厌氧区后有生物降解和生物脱氮功能的好氧流化反应区,两序批反应区分别并列在厌氧区和流化反应区两侧面。本发明工艺融合了好氧生物流化床与MSBR的优点,具有污水停留时间短,由此工艺设计的反应器占地面积小,可节省用地20-30%,吨污水建设投资可节省10-20%,运行维护也较为简单,能耗小。 |
