Summary:The invention is a high-density intravital bacteria fermenting technique of intravital bacteria living beings, mainly adopting existing Bacillus as bacteria species (like YTD series), and inoculating the bacteria species in the fermenting culture medium by existing technique. After inoculation and ferment start, slowly and sustainedly add compound trace elements, compound growth factor and biotin to fermentation cylinder when the bacteria is in the logarithmic growth period and at the same time maintain their contents equal to 3.3ml/L, 5ml/L and 4ml/L, respectively, in addition, adds with C and N sources, and when the OD600 value of the fermentation liquid reaches 100 above, stop fermenting at once. 一种活菌生物净水剂的高密度活菌发酵工艺,主要是采用现有的芽孢杆菌为菌种(如YPD系列),其接种和发酵均采用现有技术,将现有的芽孢杆菌菌中接种于按常规配方配置的发酵培养基中,其特征在于:接种发酵开始后,当细菌处于对数生长期后向发酵灌内缓慢持续地加入复合微量元素、复合生长因子及生物素,并保持发酵罐内发酵液中的复合微量元素、复合生长因子及生物素以控制复合微量元素含量为3.3ml/L、复合生长因子含量为5ml/L、生物素含量为4ml/L,在加入复合微量元素、复合生长因子及生物素的同时,还要补加碳源和氮源,发酵液OD#-[600]值为100以上即停止发酵。
