Summary:A flux screening process of combination heterogeneous catalysis material, wherein the multi-path reacting gas produced in the reaction furnace enters the multi-port valve of the mass spectrum detecting system through the capillary tube, which selects any path of the gas to enter the mass spectrum detector for analysis, each of the capillary tube is connected to each path of the multi-port valve through a six-way valve, and the six-way valve connects to a gas chromatograph simultaneously, the calculation of reaction conversion rate is realized through the comparison of the mass-spectrometric data of each path of reacting gas and margin reaction tube. 一种组合多相催化材料的高通量筛选方法,将并行组合多相催化反应炉中的各反应管通过毛细管连接至多路阀质谱检测系统。该反应炉内产生的多路反应气体通过毛细管进入质谱检测系统的多路阀,由该多路阀选择任一路部分气体进入质谱检测器分析。其中任一路毛细管通过一六通阀与多路阀中的任一路连接,同时该六通阀连接一气相色谱仪。切换该六通阀以控制该路毛细管的气体进入气相色谱仪或通过定量管进入多路阀;当该路毛细管中的反应气体进入气相色谱仪和多路阀后得到一色谱结果和一质谱结果,用该两组数值之间的系数关系修正所有气体的质谱结果,得到反应气体中各产物的选择性。反应转化率的计算通过每路反应气体与空白反应管的质谱数据比较得以实现。
