Summary:An electronic method for the zero regulation of photoelectric shaft angle encoder in order to improve the reliability of the zero position data stored in EEPROM features that the operatings of zero position regulating key, EEPROM and decoder are controlled by the inertializing program, zero position data writing-in program and the zero position data processing program of encoder of single-chip computer. The data writing correct marker unit and the data accumulating and check unit are set up in said EEPROM. Only the information in said two units is correct, the zero regulation program can run. Its advantages are high precision and high efficiency. 一种实现光电轴角编码器零位调整的电子学方法,属于光电测量技术领域中的对光电轴角编码器零位调整的方法。本发明要解决的技术问题是光电轴角编码器零位数据在电可擦除程序存储器中存储的可靠性。解决技术问题的技术方案是:编码器零位调整是单片机系统通过上电初始化程序、零位数据写入程序、编码器零位处理程序控制零位调整按键、电可擦除程序存储器、译码电路的运作过程实现的。在电可擦除程序存储器中设置数据写正确标志单位和数据累加和校验单元,单片机系统上电后按上电初始化程序运行,首先进行自检,单片机系统只有在确认上述两个单元信息正确的情况下,才能按零位调整处理程序处理,该方法调整方便,提高了调整零位精度和工作效率。
