The invention displays each signal state visually, and modifies program in microcontroller directly. The control signal of subscriber line interface is transferred to display circuit of off / on hook status as well as display and sound circuit of ringing condition. Dial-up detection circuit in central controlling and switching part transfers number value dialed to display circuit of dial number. Logic decoding circuit is CPLD logic decoding circuit possessing online programmable function, providing exchange of logic decoding information.
